We often receive requests for gift vouchers. As our prices vary depending on the season of the year and on the day of the week, we’ve suggested some fixed amounts to ensure your guests are free to choose whenever they’d like. If the price of the night is lower on that day, your guests receive the difference in credit to be used as they wish in Whitepod: meals, activities, gift shop, etc.

All gift vouchers are valid for one year as of the purchasing date. The validity of a voucher can be extended by 6 months without any fees. The request needs to be done at the latest 7 days before the expiry date of the voucher and by writing. The voucher can be extended only once.
